Appointment fee:

£68 for the initial 90 min appointment inclusive of diagnostic consultation, physical examination and first acupuncture treatment

£52 for follow-up treatments: 45-60 mins

 

Appointment Cancellation:

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or email me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full cost of the treatment.

In exceptional circumstances, a nominal fee to cover the cost of room hire only may be accepted, and in the event of a truly unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
